Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP along with a very unhappy father Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I share my life- the good, the bad and everything in between. I arrived in America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was just one and a half years old. young. I'm not here sharing my life with you if it weren't because my parents are devoted to hard work and sacrifice. My parents were my inspiration and helped me to become prosperous. My goal was to study, graduate and get an excellent job. After that, I was looking for a wife and kids. That was my ideal of what success looked like. However, life was not so keen on my ideas. The year was 2013, and I found that I hated working at my corporate job. Money and status did not excite me. I believed that I was just wasting my time in exchange for an income. The passion I have for fitness as well as my love of socializing with others led me to discover my dream job as a personal trainer. The year 2014 was the year that I founded my small company which will mark my 7th year anniversary by 2021. Since I am a Asian female in this industry there are a many of us. Within the field of coaching I'm determined to make a difference by providing quality training to aid others to become more healthy and happy. I also strive to empower others to go after their goals and achieve whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. My career was beginning to take off, I had the most devastating loss of my life, my mother's death. She has won the eight-year fight with Scleroderma. Now she's resting on Heaven and I'll always have her close to my heart. It is amazing how life can give us the exact lessons we need even when we do not realize that it is there. There are many ways that my mom's death has changed my life. I honestly believe that she offered me another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to start her new journey. I had my second chance to live a happy and fulfilled life. In my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I live my life today instead of merely living like I was previously. I share my life to you with the hope that you'll be able to connect with my words and experiences so that you can be aware that you're not the only one, to be aware that you are more than capable of whatever you set your mind to the fact that real love is there and therapy is a necessity and normal to be healthy is truly the best source of wealth. There is only one chance to live. I wish you to be the best version of yourself.
