Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's fight sport experience started at the age of 14. She trained in boxing kickboxing BJJ and wrestling before completing her debut as an amateur at the age of 18, at WCFC in a fight against Jaimee Nievera. Ladd went on an impressive 3-fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat. In all three, she finished her opponent right in the first round. In WCFC Ladd fought, she defeated Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous decision. Aspen defeated Silvia B beghian and Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia defeated Aspen and defeated her via an unanimous vote to remove an ominous mark on her amateur record. Ladd was victorious in her subsequent fight with Roma Pawelek to improve to an 8-1 record. Aspen was a pro-fighter for the first time in 2015 when she signed as a player with Invicta FC. Invicta 11, she was able to take on Ana Carolina Vidal to score a TKO in the first round. Invicta Fighting Championships 16: She won the next match against Amanda Cooper through a second-round Armbar submission. Aspen utilized her superior wrestling skills to beat McGill in third round TKO. Aspen continued to face Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 in a catchweight at 138.1lb. Ladd was not able make the weight, however Aspen won and beat Hoy via TKO. Invicta FC 21, she won her final fight with the promotion by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd competed in her UFC debut against Lina Ladsberg. She dominated Lina and pounded her with a ground-and-pound to pick up a second-round TKO victory. In her next fight, she overcame Tonya Evinger with a more stunning victory. Ladd defeated Evinger with a punch during the first round she was awarded a Performance of the Night bonus. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee, she fought Sijara-Eubanks in her debut fight. The two fights were one of the most competitive fights that Ladd won by unanimous decision. Both fighters received their Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd within 16-seconds, ending her winning streak. After a short break after which she went on to beat Yana Kunizkaya of the UFC in their ESPN 7 third-round fight. In her recent fight for the UFC she fought Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 to replace her fight. The fight was a unanimous decision.
